Shipping Information:

All orders received by MemoryNerd will be shipped 3 to 5 business days, excluding holidays within the USA. All other orders will be based upon your location. The order process will start on or before 3 p.m. Mountain Standard Time when your credit is approved. If, after 3 p.m. the shipping process will start the next business day.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Products sold by MemoryNerd ard covered by our 30-day return period, unless otherwise noted. Policies regarding items that are not covered by the 30-day return period are specified on the products' individual pages as well as in the special exceptions section below. Please note that MemoryNerd does not offer any technical support. Please direct technical questions to the manufacturer.

In any case, refunds CANNOT be accepted when the UPC code, serial number and/or any bar code is missing for ANY reason.

All items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Email returns@memorynerd.com to obtain this RMA number. Also, email your questions and concerns about your product to this same email address.

Cancellations must be within the same business day that you ordered the product.
